Product developement
Product development at TWIN BUSCH® takes place at our site in Bensheim (Germany) and forms the heart of our technical innovation.
Our development team is responsible for the engineering, design, selection of components and comprehensive testing of new products. The continuous optimisation of existing models is also one of our key tasks – always with the aim of constantly improving quality, safety and user-friendliness.
Modern development tools and efficient processes
For design work, we rely on modern 3D CAD systems that enable us to create photorealistic models and animations. In addition, our 3D printer allows us to rapidly produce functional prototypes, thereby significantly reducing development times and enabling technical solutions to be tested at an early stage.
For many years, we have been developing our products in-house in Germany, guided by our own development philosophy, which is characterised by precision, quality and durable technology.

In-house prototyping
The majority of our prototyping work is carried out using our own machinery in Bensheim. Before a product goes into series production, it undergoes extensive inspection and testing. In collaboration with the production department, the development department is also responsible for carrying out all necessary CE certifications.
