Products description
The Heavy-Line lift is specially designed for daily professional workshop use and combines maximum safety, flexibility and comfort.
It features automatic safety locking and unlocking as well as height-adjustable, two-stage lifting pads with double thread and anti-rotation protection. Thanks to the barrier-free passage, vehicles can be positioned easily – without any annoying obstacles.
With a load capacity of 5.0 t, the TW250B4.5-G is also ideal for heavy vehicles. The support arm clamping range of 890–1800 mm allows flexible and secure lifting of small cars such as a Smart, vans and even vehicles with a long wheelbase, such as MB Sprinters or motorhomes.
An automatic limit switch provides additional safety by stopping the platform as soon as a vehicle that is too high reaches the crossbeam. On each side of the column there is an adapter holder for two height adapters, ensuring safe and convenient storage.
An anti-lift-up button enables precise lowering without prior automatic lifting, while an integrated 230-volt socket in the control box facilitates the connection of additional devices. The powder-coated surface in subtle anthracite provides lasting protection against corrosion and gives the platform a modern look.
Two powerful hydraulic cylinders ensure powerful lifting and lowering. The 3-stage telescopic, bevelled support arms offer maximum flexibility when lifting vehicles. The design allows vehicle doors to be opened wide, while door stop protection prevents accidental damage.
The stylish motor cover provides reliable protection against dust, reduces noise and can be optionally expanded with the Air Kit.
The LED Kit (TWLED-2B), which is also available, ensures optimum visibility by evenly illuminating the working area under the lift.

Clear floor
The post lift has an automatic limit switch as soon as a vehicle that is too high reaches the crossbeam. The post lift also enables barrier-free passage.
Control unit
The convenient control unit (protection class IP 54 and 24 V control voltage) is equipped with a limit switch for lifting height limitation and an automatic circuit breaker for safe working.
E-Motor
Powerful hydraulic unit with high-quality aluminium pump, overpressure safety valve and an industrial-quality electric motor, protected behind a robust motor cover.
Arm-locking system
The support arm locking device and the mechanical synchronisation control using steel cables ensure maximum safety.
Supporting arms
Flat, 3-way telescopic and bevelled support arms for pushchairs. The asymmetrical design of the support arms allows the doors to be opened particularly wide.
Door stop protection
The door stop protects your car doors by preventing them from slamming shut unintentionally.
Post protection cover
The post protection cover protects the hydraulic cylinder from flying sparks during welding and flexing work. It offers a high level of safety and impresses with its attractive appearance.
2-stage turntable
The post lift has 2-stage height-adjustable turntables with a low swivel height of just 96 mm.
Anti-Lift-Up-Button
The anti-lift-up button allows the post lift to be lowered precisely without it being raised automatically first.
230 V socket
A handy 230 V socket is located directly on the control box for added convenience.
Extention adapters
On each outer side of the column there is a practical holder for plug-in adapters, which offers space for the safe storage of two plug-in adapters each.
Accessories TW236PE-AIR
The optionally available Air-Kit TW236PE-AIR is integrated into the motor cover above the control unit and serves as an additional compressed air connection.
Accessories TWLED-2B
The TWLED-2B LED lighting (optionally available) consists of 4 flexible and magnetic LED strip lights / LED strips, a transformer, power and connection cables, a remote control and the necessary mounting and installation materials. These LED lights provide pleasant light in any colour and brightness.
Accessories TW260RAD
The optionally available TW260RAD wheel clamp set of 4 is suitable for vehicles with a wheelbase of max. 3000 mm. It offers optimum accessibility, e.g. when changing the battery.
