The TWS3-18UE-G professional scissor lift is specifically designed for recessed, flush-to-floor installation and is ideal for use in drive-through areas. Thanks to its ultra-low profile, it is also perfectly suited to vehicles with low ground clearance, such as sports cars. Extendable vehicle supports also allow for the safe lifting of longer vehicles.
A powerful hydraulic cylinder ensures strong and smooth lifting and lowering during daily use. The electromagnetic release allows for convenient operation without the need for a compressed air connection. For added safety and precision, the lift is equipped with an IR system for synchronisation monitoring via a light barrier. This is complemented by an automatic safety locking and unlocking mechanism, which ensures a smooth and safe workflow. The high-quality, solid construction guarantees excellent stability and durability. With a load capacity of 3,000 kg, the platform is highly versatile for everyday workshop use.
An LED kit (TWLED-S) is available as an option, providing even and optimal illumination of the working area beneath and around the lift.

TWS3-18UE-G - Overview
Ultraflat built
The floor-level installation in the passage area is ideal for ultra-flat sports cars.
Control unit
The control unit (24 V / IP 54) ensures a high level of safety and operating comfort in conjunction with two limit switches and CE-Stop.
Hydraulic cylinder
Two powerful, hard-chromed hydraulic cylinders ensure powerful lifting and lowering.
Release
The TWS3-18UE-G features automatic electromagnetic safety locking and unlocking – entirely without the need for a compressed air supply.
Vehicle supports
The extendable vehicle supports provide a longer support surface, e.g. for models like the MB S-Class.
IR-System
The post lift is equipped with an IR system that enables synchronisation monitoring by means of a light barrier.
Swivel joints
All pivot joints and bearings are fitted with DIN lubricating nipples and brass bushes, making them particularly resistant to wear.
Acessories TWS3-V
The TWS3-V set consists of 2 turntables and double threads. These are pick-up extensions for picking up vehicles with large distances between the pick-up points in the longitudinal direction, e.g. for picking up VW T5.
Acessories TWS3-Q
The TWS3-Q set consists of two turntables and double threads. These are crossbeams for lifting vehicles with narrow ladder frames, such as off-road vehicles or vintage cars.
Accessories TWLED-S
The TWLED-S LED lighting system (available as an optional extra) comprises two flexible, magnetic LED strips, a transformer, power and connection cables, a remote control, and all the necessary mounting and installation materials. These LED lights provide a pleasant light in any colour and brightness.
