The ideal entry-level model offering excellent value for money.
Thanks to its height-adjustable turntable, an exceptionally low-profile ramp measuring just 35 mm, and a lifting capacity of 4,200 kg, everything from a Smart car to a small van can be lifted safely and comfortably. The maximum lifting height of 1,900 mm provides plenty of room to work underneath the vehicle.
Maximum flexibility is ensured by the flat, telescopic and bevelled support arms, which are particularly suitable for sports cars.
Thanks to their asymmetrical design, the support arms also allow the vehicle doors to open particularly wide, which significantly facilitates access to the interior. An automatic support arm locking mechanism further aids convenient handling in everyday workshop use.
The manual unlocking mechanism on just one side (Single Lock) with convenient one-handed operation further simplifies daily use.
An LED kit (TWLED-2) is available as an option, providing even and optimal illumination of the working area under and around the lift.

TW242M - Overview
Control unit
The convenient control unit (protection class IP 54 and 24 V control voltage) is equipped with a limit switch for lifting height limitation and an automatic circuit breaker for safe working.
E-Motor
Powerful hydraulic unit with high-quality aluminium pump, overpressure safety valve and an industrial-quality electric motor.
Arm-locking system
The support arm locking device and the mechanical synchronisation control using steel cables ensure maximum safety.
Supporting arms
Flat, telescopic and slanted support arms for sports cars. The asymmetrical design of the support arms allows the doors to be opened particularly wide.
Door stop protection
The door stop protects your car doors by preventing them from slamming shut unintentionally.
Flat drive-over plate
The flat drive-over plate of the lifting platform is only 35 mm high.
Single-lock release
The lift is equipped with a manual release on only one side (single-lock).
1-stage turntable
The lifting platform has a 1-stage height-adjustable turntable with a low swivelling height.
Accessories TWLED-2
The LED illumination TWLED-2 (optionally available) consists of 4 flexible and magnetic LED light bands / LED strips, a transformer, power and connection cables, a remote control and the necessary assembly and installation material. These LED lights provide a pleasant light in any colour and brightness.
Accessories TW242-GPV
The base plate reinforcement set TW242-GPV (optionally available) is to be used for concrete strengths between 150 - 200 mm and reduces the usual minimum concrete strength by 50 mm.
